Dr. André “Vinnie” Haley is the President of Chester County Respite Network (CCRN), a premier agency that provides behavioral health services and is strongly committed to compassionate, person-centered care. Since joining CCRN in 2020, he has played a key role in advancing the organization’s growth and impact, drawing on extensive experience in clinical practice, executive leadership, and community advocacy.
With more than 12 years of executive leadership experience, Vinnie has built a career centered on developing, launching, and scaling behavioral health programs that meet complex community needs. His professional background includes supporting individuals with special needs, mental illness, substance use challenges, and justice system involvement. Throughout his career, he has remained a strong advocate for marginalized communities and for service models that promote dignity, access, and long-term stability.
Known for his strategic vision and collaborative leadership style, Vinnie specializes in program development, systems integration, and sustainable solutions that strengthen organizations and improve outcomes. He has a distinct ability to connect with people across all levels of service and leadership, helping transform complex challenges into effective, mission-driven results. Beyond his professional role, Dr. Vinnie Haley is a committed youth mentor, an avid reader, a passionate music enthusiast, and an active member of his fraternity and various professional associations.
Becky started her career with CCRN in 2008, working as a Personal Care Assistant and Bus Aide, and moving to an administrative support position by 2010. She takes a “boots on the ground” approach to leadership and has been known to fill in on a bus or in a classroom from time to time. She is a strong advocate for team building, and work/life balance to support positive relationships in the workplace.
Becky attended Delaware County Community College as well as Saint Joseph’s University from 2011-2015, in addition to serving as the secretary for the Company’s non-profit until 2014. She is also a member of the Oxford and Coatesville Chamber of Commerce and chair of the employee engagement & wellness committee
Becky is a proud mother of 3 children and a French bulldog named Roscoe. Her interests include documentaries, old school hip hop and the fiber arts.
Carlos “William” Gomez has been a valued member of the CCRN team since 2022. Known for his reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail, William plays a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly. As Office Administrator, He supports staff with administrative and operational needs, helping ensure the office runs efficiently. His organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities contribute to CCRN’s continued growth and success.
